GPs, with NHS and private experience, head up the Private General Practice. Offering a complete GP package, alongside diagnostics and in house treatments, prescription medications and onward referrals. 

Utilising a wide range of diagnostic testing, including and not limited to blood sampling, genetic testing, food intolerance tests and advanced cancer screening allows us to go beyond the scope of the traditional GP and offer in depth and bespoke testing.

As part of our commitment to providing accessible healthcare to all we offer face to face consultations, home visits and video conferencing consultations, and for those who can not access our facilities due to disability, we are providing telephone, video and home visits at no additional fee.

Access to a wide range of advanced diagnostics, allowing for quick, if not same day referrals for scans and further investigations should the need arise.

With a roster of private consultants available for referral, we can tap into specialist knowledge for more in depth and expert opinion on almost any health condition.

FAQs

How does a consultation work?

Our consultations are pre booked through our reception team.

We offer 30 and 60 minute consultations.

All consultations are payable in advance.

How long are consultations?

Consulations are 30 and 60 minutes as we feel at least 30 minutes is required to ensure you are not rushed and we can delve into your concerns thoroughly.

Do you offer telephone and video consultations?

Yes we do! You will be given the option on enquiry.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes through our concierge service we offer home visits.

Our concierge service is dedicated to providing our services 24 hours a day, 360 days per week.

Please note this is subject to availability, however, we will always endeeavour to facilitate.

Can the GP be contacted directly at any time?

No, patients will need to enquire through the usual channels to make an appointment.

Do you offer a walk in service?

No we do not offer a walk in service.

All of our consultations are by appointment only.

Do you have disabled access?

Unfortunately, we do not have disabled access.

Please note stairs are present to access our clinic.

Should you not be able to tackle stairs, please inform us on enquiry and we can offer a video, telephone or home visit conusltation with no additional charge.

Do you offer prescriptions?

Yes! Our clinicians are fully qualified doctors and are able to prescribe.

Our association with Victoria Pharmacy allows for us to have medications quickly and efficiently dispensed.

Who is not suitable for a consultation?

We do not offer emergencies or walk in appointments.

Should you be needing an urgent consultation please contact us to see availability or seek advice from your regular GP, 111 or 999.

Can you treat anyone?

Yes.

We are licensed and are able to treat anyone, including children.

Do you have a female GP?

Unfortunately, we do not.

If you would prefer a female GP, please ask and we are happy to direct you to other reputable clinics.

Please note that Haus of Skin does not have disabled access, however, should you require a consultation and not be able to tackle stairs we are happy to provide a video consultation or home visit at no extra cost. 

Please also note that Haus of Skin does not yet have a female GP on board, should you wish to see a female GP please contact us and we are happy to refer you on. 

Please also note that we do not have the facilities for walk in or emergency appointments, should you be needing urgent medical advice please contact your local GP, 111 or call 999. Our reception staff are not medically trained and would not be able to provide medical advice over the phone.

We welcome service users of all ages to our Private GP service, however, if you or your child require urgent care we recommend that you contact your NHS GP service or contact the NHS 111 helpline who can direct you to the best place to get help.

If you or your child require medical help for a life-threatening emergency you must call 999 and request an ambulance or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.
